Having the right mind-set is as important for being effective as grabbing opportunities as they come, especially at a time of a global pandemic where most business and employers are struggling to survive. Mental health doesn’t just affect marketing, but your overall daily performances. To be able to recognise and pursue a good opportunity, one has to be in the right frame of mind. The stress of the pandemic affects our habits and actions in our workplace. Sometimes even following a schedule or to-do list becomes painful, which then encourages one to get depressed or overworked.

Overcoming such stress is not difficult with small tweaks in our daily schedules.

  • Making a to-do list and making sure it's not overflowing.

  • Trying to focus on work tasks with positive outcomes.

  • Meditating or taking time off goes without saying.

  • Giving yourself time to do absolutely nothing at all.

  • Going outside for a walk or even to the balcony for some fresh air.

  • If you are brave enough – try some yoga. I’m sure you won't be disappointed with the outcome.
